Do you have any idea exactly what sort of problems he's having? Error message? Rejected password? Locked out? If you can ask him to email me directly (mjforbes (at) gmail (dot) com), I'll try and help him out.
To all - I'm always willing to help wherever I can with forum-related hassles, but please be a specific as possible - just saying "I can't get in" doesn't really give me much to work with!
